Profile: A classic traditional style Assam. Produced during June this tea has all the flavor and strength you expect from a top Assam estate black tea.

100g of Tea or herbs, makes about 30 - 40 cups. (50g = 15-20 cups, 200g = 60-80 cups)

HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 tsp (2g to 5g) of loose tea for each 1 cup (237ml) of water. Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves into the cup or teapot. Cover and let steep for 4-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Covering your tea will keep all of those beneficial oils in your tea!

IDEAL BREWING TEMPERATURE: 100ºC/212ºF.
