Elderberries
Currants
Hibiscus petals
Natural flavors

Small Batch Blended and Packed in: Canada
Caffeine level: Naturally caffeine free 
Antioxidant level: Low

100g of Tea or herbs, makes about 30 - 40 cups. (50g = 15-20 cups, 200g = 60-80 cups) 

HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 tsp (2g - 5g) of loose tea for each 1 cup (237ml) of water. Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves into the cup or teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Covering your tea while steeping will keep beneficial oils in your tea!

IDEAL BREWING TEMPERATURE: 85ºC - 95ºC/185ºF - 200ºF For Food Safety reasons, boil water to 100ºC/212ºF and let it cool down to desired temperature.

This Herbal blend makes a great Iced Tea!  

Although this product does NOT contain gluten, oat and wheat gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts, almonds, coconut, wheat starch, soy, soy lecithin, our tea was packaged in a facility that may handle these products.

One day, a young herbalist ignored the warnings from the rabbit and a watchful owl and reached for a cluster of shimmering berries. All at once, the forest fell silent, a dark feeling crept into her soul. She fell backwards into the sunlight, scrambling away and leaving the mysterious berries untouched.

Always remember this woodland lesson: when the creatures of the forest warn you, always listen. Some magic is not meant to be picked.
