Profile: Calendula is often described as drinking a bit of sunshine and honey! Calendula flowers have a mild and tangy taste, slightly vegetal and bitter. It can be made into a tea, used to garnish salads, soups or even to colour homemade cheese. May cause sleepiness and calmed breathing.
Herbal Support: Calendula is great for many things. it is the perfect herb to add to your home Apothecary. It is anti-inflammatory, Antioxidant, wound healing, good for skin hydration and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Calendula can be made into a tea, infused with oil to make a skin salve, made into an ointment to treat burns cuts and bruises and is a great addition to any face cream or homemade soap.

100g of Tea or herbs, makes about 30 - 40 cups. (50g = 15-20 cups, 200g = 60-80 cups)
HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 tsp of loose tea for each 1 cup (237ml) of water. Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves into the cup or teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Covering your tea while steeping will keep beneficial oils in your tea!
