Herbal Uses: Catnip uses include relief for stomach cramps, indigestion, fevers, hives, and nervous conditions it is also very useful for colds or fever, restlessness, colic, and is used as a mild nervine for children. Traditionally used as a tisane, juice, tincture, infusion, or poultice, and historically has also been smoked. It's also fun for your cat!

100g of Tea or herbs, makes about 30 - 40 cups. (50g = 15-20 cups, 200g = 60-80 cups)

HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil then let cool to desired temperature. Use 1-2 tsp (2g to 10g) of loose tea for each 1 cup (237ml) of water. Pour the slightly cooled boiling water over the tea leaves into the cup or teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Or 10-15 minutes for more benefits. Covering your tea while steeping will keep beneficial oils in your tea!
