HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 tsp (2g - 5g) of loose tea for each 1 cup (237ml) of water. Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves into the cup or teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Covering your tea while steeping will keep beneficial oils in your tea!

IDEAL BREWING TEMPERATURE: 85ºC/185ºF. For Food Safety reasons bring water to 100ºC/212ºF and let it cool down to 85ºC/185ºF.

Although this product does not contain Gluten, gluten from oats and wheat, tree nuts, almonds, walnuts, coconut, wheat starch, soybeans, soy lecithin, this tea was originally packaged in a facility that may handle these items.
