Iron Goddess Oolong

Tea Type: Iron Goddess Oolong - 100g, 50g

Profile: A light cup with hints of Orchid like flavor. Great for a quiet moment. Pale golden color. Oolong's distinguishing factor is withering the leaves under strong sun and allowing partial oxidation and then, a rolling or twisting process. As there are many styles of Oolong, flavors can vary between types and even production locations vary.

HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 tsp (2g - 5g) of loose tea for each 1 cup (237ml) of water. Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves into the cup or teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Covering your tea while steeping will keep beneficial oils in your tea!

IDEAL BREWING TEMPERATURE: 85ºC/185ºF. For Food Safety reasons, boil water to 100ºC/212ºF and let it cool down to desired temperature.
