Profile: This is a tea with depth and complexity, a winey, fruity tasting tea. Milk goes well with Keemun Panda #1. Reddish and bright.

100g of Tea or herbs, makes about 30 - 40 cups. (50g = 15-20 cups, 200g = 60-80 cups)

HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 tsp (2g to 5g) of loose tea for each 1 cup (237ml) of water. Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves into the cup or teapot. Cover and let steep for 4-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Covering your tea will keep all of those beneficial oils in your tea!

IDEAL BREWING TEMPERATURE: 95ºC/203ºF. For Food Safety reasons, boil water to 100ºC/212ºF and let it cool down to desired temperature.

Although this product does NOT contain gluten, oat and wheat gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts, almonds, coconut, wheat starch, soy, soy lecithin, our tea was packaged in a facility that may handle these products.
