Herbal Uses: Lavender is an aromatic herb that is traditionally used to soothe the nervous system, improve sleep quality, and treat skin irritations such as acne, mild burns, insect bites, and minor cuts. Lavender can be used topically as a wash or a diluted oil to ease migraines. Lavender is often used as a tea, oil, bath soak, in baking. You can also make little cloth packets to place in drawers or closets to keep clothes smelling fresh.

100g of Tea or herbs, makes about 30 - 40 cups. (50g = 15-20 cups, 200g = 60-80 cups)
HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 tsp (2g to 5g) of loose tea for each 1 cup (237ml) of water. Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves into the cup or teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Covering your tea while steeping will keep beneficial oils in your tea!
