Herb Type: Lemon Balm - 50g

Lemon Balm, Melissa Officinalis, Is one of my Favorite herbs. Lemon balm is fragrant & cooling, calming and balancing. A great nervine tonic to nourish the nervous system. You can brew tea from fresh or dried leaves. I love it as a potent iced tea, I pour boiling water over the dried leaves in a mason jar then steep for 15 mins to overnight in the fridge to get a healing blend. I find it calms my anxiety, settles my stomach & balances out my mood.

100g of Tea or herbs, makes about 30 - 40 cups. (50g = 15-20 cups, 200g = 60-80 cups)

HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 tsp of loose tea for each 1 cup (237ml) of water. Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves into the cup or teapot. Cover and let steep for 4-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Covering your tea will keep all of those beneficial oils in your tea!

Hot tea or cold infusion: 1 – 4 cups a day (237ml – 946ml per day)

IDEAL BREWING TEMPERATURE: 95ºC/203ºF
