Herbal Uses: Plantain Leaves support respiratory and digestive health. The fresh crushed leaves or rehydrated mashed leaves can be used as a soothing poultice (for a poultice, fresh is best) for insect bites, stings, and minor scrapes. It can be used as a tea, a tincture or as a rinse, gargle, compress, nasal spray, or wash (use distilled water if intended for the eye or nose area).

100g of Tea or herbs, makes about 30 - 40 cups. (50g = 15-20 cups, 200g = 60-80 cups)
HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 tsp (2g to 5g) of loose tea for each 1 cup (237ml) of water. Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves into the cup or teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Covering your tea while steeping will keep beneficial oils in your tea!
