Silver Moonlight (White)

Tea Type: Silver Moonlight White Tea - 50g, 25g

Profile: Light notes of baked almond with a slightly wild finish. White tea is minimally processed (dried quickly) to prevent oxidation, from the youngest buds and leaves. They are generally harvested before opening, allowing for a delicate flavour.

HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 tsp (2g - 5g) of loose tea for each 1 cup (237ml) of water. Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves into the cup or teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Covering your tea while steeping will keep beneficial oils in your tea!

IDEAL BREWING TEMPERATURE: 85ºC/185ºF. For Food Safety reasons, boil water to 100ºC/212ºF and let it cool down to desired temperature.

Although this product does NOT contain gluten, oat and wheat gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts, almonds, coconut, wheat starch, soy, soy lecithin, our tea was packaged in a facility that may handle these products.
