100g of Tea or herbs, makes about 30 - 40 cups. (50g = 15-20 cups, 200g = 60-80 cups)
This is an average measurement. Some of our herbs or teas are incredibly light so the amount of cups per bag may vary.
HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use about 1/2 tsp (0.5g) of loose tea for each 1 cup (237ml) of water. Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves into the cup or teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Covering your tea while steeping will keep beneficial oils in your tea!
IDEAL BREWING TEMPERATURE: 100ºC/212ºF
