Latin name: Achillea Millefolium

Herbal Uses: Great as a tea, to treat colds, gastrointestinal discomfort, cramping, traditionally used by indigenous tribes as a digestive aid. It can be applied as a poultice, salve, or ointment to wounds and bruises, used for eczema and minor skin infections due to its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.

100g of Tea or herbs, makes about 30 - 40 cups. (50g = 15-20 cups, 200g = 60-80 cups)

HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 tsp (2g to 5g) of loose tea for each 1 cup (237ml) of water. Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves into the cup or teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Covering your tea while steeping will keep beneficial oils in your tea!
